Proprietor
Peter Griffin
Peter was admitted as a solicitor in December of 1987, having completed commerce and law degrees at Queensland University and two years of articles (apprenticeship) with Cannan and Peterson (now Deacon Graham and James), a well known medium size Brisbane law firm. He went on to gather further experience with Cannan and Peterson and Morris Fletcher & Cross (a large Brisbane firm now know as Minter Ellison). Having spent some time with O’Brien Solicitors, a small firm on the Sunshine Coast he then established Griffin Solicitors in December of 1995. Peter is primarily responsible for establishing and achieving the firm’s strategic objectives.
Peter has been happily married for more than 20 years and has teenage children. His interest, outside the law, are music, sport and travel. Peter is an active member of his local Rotary club.
